🥐 Sambousik
Five (5) decadent pastry pockets stuffed with lamb mince, toasted pine nuts and caramelised onions. Served with hommus and wood-fired pita.

🥦 Mediterranean Cauliflower with Tahini sauce
Cauliflower cut into small florets charred & served with a lemon tahini sauce.

🥔 Batata Harra (Hot Potatoes)
Spiced potatoes cut into bite sized pieces.

Day 4 - It's a road trip day to Bruny Island.

We stayed for a couple of days at one of the Air Bnb at the beautiful place of Kettering area where we have taken the ferry going to Bruny Island.

Our first stop was at Bruny Island Cheese Co., tasting a whole goodness of cheese platter and beers.

Then we head to the Neck Lookout for scenic viewing. The 279 steps up to the top was all worth it, looking at the breathtaking water surroundings on both sides of the Bruny Island neck.

We wouldn't miss going to Zane's favourite place, the Chocolate Factory Bruny Island. We sure did buy some delicious chocolates to take away.

Our final stop was at the Bruny Island Honey for honey tasting and learning from where it came from. We tasted honey ice cream and bought some different kinds and sorts of honeys to bring home for our families.

We took the ferry going back to Kettering area and drove to Hobart for dinner at T42 Hobart Restaurant and lucky enough to see the Winter Feast - Dark M**o Festival.

Their restaurant has a lovely ambiance and they have a wonderful owner/chef, great staff and you can’t go wrong with their amazing food! Tamang Sarap. Definitely will come back! ✅

Day 3 - We are finally in Tasmania!!!!! The Spirit of Tasmania docked at Devonport Terminal and from there we drove to Hobart. Along the way we stopped over for some food like pancake at Christmas hill Raspberry farm café and the popular scallop pie at Ross Village Bakery. And while we are at the area, we passed by Ross bridge, a historic bridge.

We partly visited Mount Wellington Kunanyi that was closed due to thick snow, brought Zane to the Train Park playground and we had dinner at Pearl + Co Restaurant in Hobart.

After walking in the city for a short time, we head to our air bnb at Kettering area.
