A little throwback to Chef’s Grove Day 2026 at Rio Vista Olives — chefs cooking over fire, beautiful produce, long-table lunches and plenty of good people in between.

Before we pack up our life here on the beautiful Peninsula and make the move to Sydney, I have room for just TWO more sessions.

Well, hello again.

It’s been a minute.

If you’ve been here for a while, you might remember this little business as Darling Clementine Photography.

There have been babies, house moves, adventures, other jobs and plenty of life happening in between. I stepped away from photography as a business at times, but never from the love of it. The camera still came along for the ride - probably more often than my family would have liked.

And somewhere along the way, the kind of photographs I love making became a whole lot clearer too.

Families. Babies. Bellies. Couples. Good people having a good time.

Less everyone-looking-at-the-camera. More laughing, wriggling, nobody-quite-doing-what-they’re-told stuff.

Turns out that’s the bit I love most.

So I’ve quietly pulled this little photography business apart and put it back together again. Darling Clementine has become Jana Dobbin Photography, I’ve built a new home for my work, and things around here are going to look a little different.

Nothing too posed. Nothing too perfect. Just honest photographs of people being themselves.
