Lately I've had this rash show up on my hands and arms... it will come and stay for a bit and then disappear...
Today's rash has had the biggest welt...
Not sure why this has shown up but I can only think of one thing, endo.
When I am stressed they appear...
Two years ago at the beach, they popped up and I thought maybe it was a bacteria that I was reacting with.
Anyway... the investigation continues along with everything else.

Just some positive perspectives this morning. Reflecting on my year of 2024 and I can't believe how fast that has flown by.

I want to reflect on my year being 34, silently going through some things, and being positive about some other things I have achieved this year.

I hope that whoever takes the time to watch this will be able to reflect on the positive things, too, with all the negative feelings that they feel around them.

Lilo, my Endo Warrior companion 💛

Lilo has been with me since the year 2021, and our journey has been challenging, but we both bring so much joy in each other's lives.
She looks sad here because she wants to go on a walk or to the dog park. Sometimes, as an Endo mum, it can be challenging for me to motivate myself to move my body because of the stress, sadness, anxiety, or pain that I deal with. But my challenge to myself is to do light movements and to keep myself moving even when I don't want to. Lilo will be happier with me, I think.
