Wow..Sunday afternoon at Ormiston College, what a fantastic turnout for a peaceful protest, all the while our beautiful Koala mumma Leaf watched on from the grounds of the college, we've got you beautiful girl, thankyou everyone..

A huge thankyou to all the Environmental groups, care agencies, concerned members of the public, locals and especially Senator Penny Allman-Payne who flew from Canberra to witness first hand the devastation at Ormiston College and help protect Leaf our beautiful Koala mumma, who was at home in her trees in the college grounds Queensland Koala Conservation Collective Ormiston Koala Group The Rescue Collective Wild in The Redlands Wildcare Australia Inc. and everyone else who came to support this morning and all week, a sincere thankyou 🌳🐨🌳

Update for Thursday at Ormiston College..
With the news that Leaf the little Koala mumma had crossed back over the road and into the grounds of the collage, I had to go, when I arrived it was pouring and work was still going on, and Leaf was perched high, saw lorikeets around hollows, a green tree frog on the fence, kookaburras and cockatoos..
Thankyou to those who are supporting, writing emails, making ph calls and keeping a constant vigil you are all amazing. We can only hope that sense will prevail and no more trees will be taken down, please keep up the pressure..
