DOORSTEP MINIS, exclusively for Mamas this time around!
$250
15 minutes
5 digital photographs

It’s as simple as that.
I come to you, anywhere from Narooma to Merimbula, to Brogo, Candelo, Bega and everywhere in between.
You step out the front (or the back) just as you are. No need to clean the kitchen, hide the laundry or pick up the toys.
Just 15 minutes to capture a handful of beautiful keepsake images of this moment in time for your family.

Vouchers are available for Doorstep Minis exclusively over the months of May and June.
I want to celebrate all Mother figures (because one day is not enough) but availability is limited.
So contact me to book in a time.

Life doesn’t slow down.
The kids are growing like weeds.
The leaves are falling. Colours are changing…

…and I can’t keep up.
But it’s in these times that I am the most grateful for photography.

A quick capture is a moment frozen in time.
An image of life at that exact second.
Something to hold onto & look back on when life does slow down. (Or maybe when you start losing perspective of what is most important.)

As mothers, it is easy to lose track of time.
To lose track of ourselves.
Yet we are the center of our children’s lives. For better or for worse, we’re there, right by their side.
Let’s make sure there are pictures to ‘prove’ it!

What do YOU want to remember of motherhood?

Spring is here.
The sun is shining. The watermelon is ripe. The ocean is cool…and brains are fizzing.
I don’t know what’s in the water, the moon, the wind, but something is up. Seems like we’re all very much looking forward to the end of term!

My favourite way to capture some family memories is to tag along on your favourite outing, your favourite activity, in your favourite spot.
Whether it is fishing, hiking, skating or reading books, at home or your local swimming hole, it’s the perfect opportunity to immortalise you just as you are. All the things you’ll want to remember and look back on.

With days warming up, now is the best time to think about booking a session (before busy season sneaks up on us).
Don’t hesitate to message me with ideas, I love a challenge!

Little glimpse into Christmas in France a couple of months ago.

I hadn’t spent the festive season with my family for many years, and it had been even longer since I’d been in my home country for it.
So I wanted to make Christmas Eve extra special.

I went through my archives and printed special memories with each family member. I packaged them up nicely and put them in each person’s plate. As dinner was about to start, I told everyone these were their very own keepsakes they could share, exchange with each other, take home, frame, etc.

This, right here, is why you NEED to take AND print photos.
The joy it brought everyone. The conversations it started. The laughter. The happy tears.
It’s always worth it.

I’ll admit I’m not always the best at keeping in touch with everyone. I’ve lived in Australia for over 15 years now, so it can sometimes be hard to still feel connected to my French family.
Since Christmas, I’ve had many messages thanking me again for the photographs and what a good idea it had been. I’ve even had family members getting interested in photography.

Moments like these are everything.
Moments of connection. Nostalgia. Happiness.
This is WHY I do what I do.

So let me come to you to create these keepsakes, capture these memories, so you can relive them for generations.

2025 is well underway and I’m trying to get back into the swing of things.
We’ve been back in Australia for almost 2 months now. Kids (& I) are back at school. We’ve got a new puppy.
Busy busy busy.

Life.

My love & passion for documentary photography hasn’t faltered through it all, so I really want to try & be more present on here this year.
Spare time is scarce but I always love a chat if you’ve got an idea in mind for me to come & capture some special - or everyday - memories.

This session from a few months ago was definitely out of my usual comfort zone.
I’m so glad I got to photograph these amazing people in their element before they welcomed their third gorgeous little person.
Nothing is out of the question as long as it’s about creating a keepsake of this time in your life.

Flashback to a wonderful morning with a lovely bunch, late last year.
All in all, 8 parents, 2 teenagers, 4 kids & 1 newborn. Which means lots of fun, excitement, and many great family memories to capture!

Getting everyone in the frame doesn’t have to be boring or forced.
That morning, everyone enjoyed themselves: the little (& big) kids laughed their heads off on the waterslide, then everyone headed off to sample delicious We finished at the playground where the kids could show off their skills to adoring grandparents, aunts, uncles & cousins.
What would YOUR family reunion look like?

I may not be great at keeping up with self promotion & marketing but if you want family/friendship memories captured like these, I’m always available for a chat.
Especially if you’re currently visiting France… I would love to snap beautiful moments amongst the amazing landscapes of the Western coast of France.

I won’t be around but might be worth a visit if you’re on the Far South Coast and enjoy photography. 😊

I’ve always been fascinated by lines.
Lines in rocks.
Lines on leaves.
Lines in buildings.
Lines on feathers.
Lines on skin.
They all carry a story.

In the last few months, I’ve very much been in a self reflective journey.
Between grief & neurodiversity, a lot has been flowing through my mind.
(I may share a bit more as I feel it becomes more & more relevant with everything on here.)
The way I see the world. The way I capture it. The way I share it.

But back to the lines.
I love seeing people age gracefully, noticing the lines embossed in the skin permanently by the biggest laughter, even the lines reminiscent of times of worry or sorrow.
Somehow, I had missed some of those lines appearing in my own skin.

I don’t have a skin care routine. I don’t wear make up. The other day, I was walking past a mirror as I was listening to my boys telling me all about their day. I caught a glimpse of new lines on my face.
After some tricky times, I was expecting to see more stress lines on my forehead, more dark circles under my eyes. Instead, I was surprised to notice even more smile lines in the corner of my eyes. Deep creases stretching out like rays along the side of my face.

Life hasn’t been all bad.
I’ve got the lines to remind me whenever I forget.

So here is a very uncomfortable self portrait.
There to stay & help us all remember to notice the beauty in everyday lines.

Last day of holidays…
Mixed feelings about it, I’ll be honest.
As most, I think we’re ready to get back into some kind of routine between school, extracurricular activities, home, work, projects, etc. But I’ll also miss having these two around.

I’ll miss hearing their laughter from the deck.

I’ll miss ignoring the dishes & laundry to play a board game.

I’ll miss exploring and seeing the world through their eyes, amazed by every little wonder.

It went too fast.
Full disclosure: I also won’t miss the bickering, the constant nagging for screen time, the late nights that don’t prevent early wake ups, the repetitive jokes/stories/questions.

You don’t have to enjoy it all. Just make sure you don’t miss the good bits.
It will be gone before you know it.

And I’m happy to be there to document it all, make sure you don’t forget.
