Thanks to the Centec Security Group for your ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing. The positive culture shift is palpable.

This week I hosted a ways of working workshop with the ever growing team, followed by wellbeing workshops. Each team aligned on their team charters for high performance. Every employee left with a wellbeing action plan and a new healthy habit to start!
