Postage is $8 Aus wide for a 500g trackable satchel and $13 for up to 3kg trackable satchel. Cold hand wash and drip dry in the shade inside out is recommended for vintage fabrics. Unfortunately we cannot refund for change of mind so please choose carefully. We do not refund in the case of wear and tear. We will happily refund (or exchange where possible) within 10 days of you receiving item, where item has a fault made by us, if item is sent back to us in original unworn condition with tags. Handmade items may have slight imperfections which do not detract from the beauty and originality of item. Vintage fabrics sometimes have slight imperfections, marking or pilling due to age and usage. We do not exchange where item does not fit your child so please ask for detailed measurements to ensure it will fit your child. We use standard Australian measurements in sizing however all children are different.
