What better way to celebrate and bring in the new year by taking a drive through the ? I had every intention to take some wonderful images of and its amazing flora and fauna but alas, my lack of focus, both figuratively and literally, gave me a heap of unusable images. Time to pack the glasses in the camera bag, me thinks. At least Siri knew what’s up and tracked a route down a long dirt road that produced this image. 😂

As another year rolls on by, I guess I better do what all the cool kids are doing and post my for #2025. To be honest, I wasn’t even sure I’d posted nine photos this year, but alas, I have! Go me! 😂 New years for #2026, go out more, take more images, actually use the subscription I pay for monthly and post more images. Happy Nee Year peeps. ✌️

Now this photo was taken waaay back in July 2022. My life at the time was a bit of a shemozzle. I truly believe the art and image you ‘see’ directly in front of you is a reflection of your inner most feelings and torment/glee/sadness. This image captures the raging fire that was my life, the extreme isolation and the unclear fogginess of my future as I felt at the time.
Since then, the last three years have been full of new sights, jobs, friends and unimaginable (to me) adventures. There are still ups and downs as life would have it however if you told me then how much I would have done and how many places I would see, I would never had believed you.

As a little bit of a country boy, the big smoke like gives me anxiety. The traffic, the people everywhere and this god awful hook turns… not to mention the congested roads that make absolutely no sense to me. 😂 But at this moment, slowly dying of man flu, I was at peace.
