It’s come to my attention that not everybody is aware of how important the lymphatic system is!!

So this is a sequence I do most mornings while I’m grounding outside, regulating my circadian rhythm (also sometimes night time too when I’m just before or on my period) and it cost NOTHING. No need to quick buy gloves or be persuaded into promising oils, because sure these things might help but let’s be honest in this economy we need to save every dollar we can.
