The Criterion family are energetic, committed, and united; dedicated to doing the right thing – even when no one is watching! We wanted to capture these values in their leadership photo shoot, encouraging tieless suits and big smiles to reflect on their brand qualities and management style (delivering professionally, bringing positivity, encouraging productivity, and having fun in the process!).
In essence, the way we delivered this project was to consider the balance between the serious leadership of a large industrial company, and their love of their team, which incorporates a passion for growing future stars within the business. This is a management team who are driven, inclusive, and able to integrate a somewhat light-hearted approach to serious business leadership. They are the stars helping to guide the company’s future success.
