The C4 Women's PFL Grand Final between Koongamia and Bayswater was such a close game with just two points the difference at three-quarter time. Neither team scored in the final quarter despite desperate play from both.

The first of three PFL Grand Finals held on Saturday was the Integrated B Division - Life without Barriers game between Swan Districts and High Wycombe.

In absolutely stunning conditions for football, Kingsway Reserve was packed with players and supporters enjoying some top quality footy.

Congratulations to High Wycombe, Integrated B Division 2026 Premiers.

My other half was feeling somewhat nostalgic on the back of his recent 40 year Eastern Hills Senior High School reunion so we took a drive up to the Hills yesterday and watched Mundaring take on Mt Helena in the Hills Football League.

Mundaring put on a stellar performance and outplayed Mt Helena, although they regained some ground in the last quarter. Laurie found evidence of his former football prowess in the clubrooms, finding several photos of him and his brother playing Colts for Mundaring back in the day.

Amber Goodwin-Wissink celebrates after a goal for the Manning Rippers in the first quarter of the Women's C3 competition against Brentwood Booragoon. Manning kept the visitors to just one point in Round 17, securing second position on the ladder at the end of the home and away season.

How good are the stealth guernseys for Manning’s mental health round?
