My Father and I watched anything to do with racing on TV together since I was a small child. I have had a camera in my hand since I was 12. The first thing I ever bought for myself with my own hard-earned money was a Kodak camera. I attended the racetrack to watch a friend race and a photographer invited me inside the then Barbagallo Raceway race track to 'have a go' photographing motorcycle racer
s-I was hooked immediately-I loved every second. From there I found myself to be the first Australian woman to attend the WSBK at Philip Island as an accredited racing photographer. I didn't stop there, I worked full time, raised my sons alone, and was at the racetrack every spare second to follow my passion. My photography and writing-racing and nonracing, have been published in various publications, websites, and entities. I was booked to fly to Italy to photograph both for motorcycle racing and for my book, the week after we went into the first Covid 19 pandemic lockdown, so I didn't have the opportunity to continue my passion. I was grounded like so many others. I cannot get to Italy at the moment, and I cannot attend racing events, so this page is my way of sharing my passion for motorcycle road racing and photography.
