This series of micro documentaries rolled out during the Perth Football League's NAIDOC Round is one of the proudest projects we’ve worked on this year.

The brief for this series was about listening and learning, so that’s what we did - we heard the experiences of the people involved and understood their perspectives, which guided the storyline for each film.

This episode features Kaide and Eytahnyia, the artists behind the PFL’s NAIDOC ball design over the last two years.

Our documentary series for DGR - Dan Golding Racing, Four Wide, has been selected for the 2026 International Motor Film Awards!

Nominated in the ‘Best Documentary Episode’ category, we’re stoked to see the opening episode included in the festival, which is set to be staged in Hollywood later this year.

A mega thank you to the DGR team for backing this series and allowing us to embed ourselves in everything they do 🙌

The faces of the PFL’s NAIDOC micro documentary series 🎬

This series was about listening and learning, where the episodes were guided by the individual stories, experiences, and connection to culture of each person.

Four powerful yet unique films were rolled out through the PFL’s NAIDOC Round, sharing first-hand experiences of the role local football plays in uniting communities and celebrating Indigenous culture.

“You have a responsibility to yourself of whether you want to pass on culture, or whether you don’t.”

It’s a quote by Isaiah Walley-Stack that shaped this micro documentary for the Perth Football League, one of four that were rolled out as the league celebrated NAIDOC Round across two weekends.

It was a privilege to share the stories of everyone involved, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see each film so well received 🙌🎬
