We have recently had issues with the nameserver registration at our domain provider. Because the intermittent issue is with their service and beyond our control, we have been forced to register new nameservers.

If you have a self hosted domain name, please change your domain name servers to:

NS3.SYDNEYSYDERS.COM
NS4.SYDNEYSYDERS.COM
NS5.SYDNEYSYDERS.COM
NS6.SYDNEYSYDERS.COM

For all other users, your nameservers have been updated by us and expect changes to propagate over the next 24-48 hours.

Dear Web Hosting Customers,

We are experiencing network issues on one of our upstream providers. This is making the servers inaccessible. We apologise for the inconvenience.

The cause may be an abnormally large disk IO load which is causing all services to be inaccessible. Technicians are attempting to SSH to the servers to determine what the cause of the high load is, and stabilise the load accordingly.

We will post updates in the comments.
