Shooting the Opera House and adding a bit of extra reflection.
Not everything you see on the Gram is as you see it in person. Fighting off the crowds and selfie sticks for a vantage point, the constant ferries running light trails through your shot and the lack of reflections off the water.
Don't believe everything you see online. Wink

I am so proud of my kiddos! We took them up to the peak of Mauna Kea, Hawaii's highest mountain.
We drove from the visitor centre, where the rangers advised against taking them up due to the risk of altitude sickness, to the peak at 4,200m above sea level. They were the youngest kids on the summit and done such a good job with the oxygen levels 40% less than what it is at sea level.
Hope to be raising a pair of strong adventures!

Uncle Kato!

I linked up with Kato over 10 years ago via Instagram on our first trip to Hawaii. He took us out on an Instameet to a few local spots on the island. We then caught up on our second trip and now, on our third trip here, this time with kiddos in tow. Kato kindly took a few days off of work to hang out and drive us around.

Ohana is strong with this legend!
