May, you were genuinely something.

I went into this month with goals that felt ambitious. I came out the other side having hit my revenue target five weeks early, reached a personal health goal that has taken five months of real work, and received some news that I am not quite ready to share yet but that I am very excited about.

In between all of that, there were weddings, elopements, a maternity session, thirteen consult calls, content every single day, and a birthday spent out on the water surrounded by wild dolphins. That last one still does not feel real.

I also ate exceptionally well. The Sunday roast at Three Blue Ducks deserves its own mention.

The month closed the way it should — celebrating my wins quietly, and my best friend’s 30th a little less quietly.

If you have been following along this month, thank you. It has been one of the best I can remember.

June, let’s go.

AI is in almost every workflow right now. Mine included.

The question is not whether it is being used. It is where.

I use it for the scaffolding. Never for the substance.

Swipe to see exactly where that line sits for me, and why I think it is a question worth asking every vendor you are considering.

One word to describe how you feel looking at these. Drop it in the comments 👇🏻

In the days leading up to Em & Blake’s wedding, Em and I were texting back-up location options because we were forecast 40mm of rain. No Etsy witches, no buried sausages. The rain cleared, the sun came out, and for the two hours I spent with them it felt like someone was very much looking out for this pair.

When couples trust me, show up present, and let the day be led by connection rather than performance, this is what happens. These two were that, completely.
