Lebanese feast for my daughter’s non-Lebanese, non-Arab friends. Enjoy the video but please nobody tag Pauline. I’d hate for her to be traumatised by the sight of flavour. Her cute little rant at the press club tells us her palate is not yet ready for this level of seasoning 😂

And if you’re wondering what I’m cooking, it’s Fattet el Sannat, a beautiful fatteh with tender lamb tongue, warm chickpeas, creamy garlic yoghurt and crispy pita 😋

If you’ve never cooked lamb tongue before don’t let it scare you! It’s one of those cuts that sounds intimidating until you try it, then you get why people love it. So tender, so rich & seriously underrated.
