🌳 The Living Legacy Forest provides an opportunity for cremated ashes to become part of a living memorial within nature. Through a specialised process, ashes are treated and infused into the surrounding soil of a chosen tree, allowing families to create a beautiful, environmentally considered place of remembrance that can continue to grow for generations.

Rather than visiting a traditional cemetery or memorial site, families can return to a peaceful natural environment — a place to walk, reflect, remember, share stories and continue their connection with someone they love.

The Soft Open Days are an opportunity for prospective families, tree purchasers and potential partners to experience Pipers Ridge for the first time in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Take a guided walk through the Wollemi Pine Forest and Botanical Memorial Garden, learn about the Living Legacy experience and explore how you or your family could create a meaningful place of remembrance for generations to come.

That moment when you know you are somewhere special...

I had one of those moments today.

You arrive somewhere, look around, take in the surroundings, and something inside you simply says, this place is special.

Today, that place for me was the Wollemi Pine and Botanical Garden.

Nestled in an area I already have a soft spot for, I was introduced to a beautiful concept for honouring someone we love after they have died — not simply finding a final resting place for their ashes, but creating a living legacy.

A place where their ashes can become part of Mother Earth and nature, through a process that safely transforms cremated ashes so they can be infused into the earth with a memorial tree.

And that really got me thinking.

What if our final resting place could continue to grow?

We often talk about where we would like our ashes scattered, kept or interred.

But imagine choosing a tree.

Imagine family being able to return years later and sit beneath its branches.

To watch it change through the seasons.

To bring the grandchildren.

To have a quiet conversation.

To remember.

To perhaps place a hand on its trunk and know that someone they loved has, quite literally, become part of this beautiful living environment.

There is something incredibly special about that.

A Living Legacy Forest.

And perhaps that's why today felt personal too...

The Lithgow area already holds some beautiful memories for me, particularly memories with my hubby in Spirit, Arty.

So there was something quite poignant about being there today, walking through the property and imagining what this place could become.

Today wasn't just about looking around.

I had the opportunity to meet the owners, hear more about their vision, ask lots of questions — you know me! — tour the area and share some thoughts and ideas about how they could make the most of this beautiful concept and location.

And yes... my mind was certainly ticking over!

Because end-of-life planning isn't only about paperwork.

It isn't only about Advance Care Directives, Wills, funerals and getting our affairs in order.

It's also about asking:

What matters to me?

How do I want to be remembered?

Where would I like the people I love to come and remember me?

And perhaps...

Could my final resting place actually give something back to the earth?

Something beautiful is growing...

This Living Legacy Forest is an exciting concept coming to the Lithgow area, and I'm very interested to see where the journey takes them.

Today was my introduction.

And I have a feeling it won't be my last visit.

Sometimes you walk into a place and you can already imagine what it could become.

Today was one of those days.

THE PORTAL ISN’T OPENING. YOU ARE.

9/9

Apparently, today the Universe has an appointment. 9/9.

The portal is opening.
The energies are arriving.
Codes are activating.
Timelines are shifting.

And somewhere, I imagine Infinity looking at its calendar thinking,

“I was closed yesterday?” 😂

I love sacred dates. I love ritual. I love numbers and synchronicities and those strange moments when reality seems to wink at us.

But I also love asking uncomfortable questions.

What exactly is a portal?

Because I don’t think a hole suddenly opens in the fabric of the Universe at midnight and pours enlightenment onto those of us who remembered to be spiritually available.

Maybe something much more interesting is happening.

Maybe the portal isn’t opening.
Maybe YOU are.

Human beings have always created thresholds.

Solstices.
Equinoxes.
Eclipses.
Birthdays.
New moons.
Full moons.
New years.
Initiations.
Weddings.
Funerals.

We draw invisible lines through continuous existence and say:

Before this.
After this.

Why?

Because consciousness responds to meaning.

Give an ordinary moment meaning and suddenly you enter it differently.

You pay attention.

You become intentional.

You notice what you normally walk past.

And attention is not a small thing.

Attention changes perception.

Perception influences choice.

Choice changes behavior.

Behavior changes relationships.

Relationships change lives.

And enough changed lives can change the world.

So perhaps a portal doesn’t have to be a literal cosmic doorway to be real.

Perhaps it is a psychological, symbolic, spiritual threshold where enough meaning gathers that we become willing to see ourselves differently.

The date may not transform you.

But what you do with the date might.

9/9 does not contain more Infinity than 9/8.

God does not suddenly become more present because two numbers match.

And the Universe does not need to temporarily increase its vibration.

It is the Universe.

But you might become quieter today.

You might finally release something you have carried for years.

You might forgive.

You might choose differently.

You might sit beneath the sky for ten minutes without touching your phone and suddenly realize you haven’t actually looked at the stars in months.

You might hear the answer that has been whispering underneath all your noise.

Was that the portal?

Maybe.

But perhaps the doorway wasn’t somewhere in the heavens.

Perhaps it was the moment your awareness became wide enough for something new to enter.

This is why I don’t want to dismiss ritual simply because I question its mythology.

Ritual may be one of humanity’s oldest technologies of attention.

We create a threshold.

We give it meaning.

Then we cross it consciously.

And sometimes the person who emerges really isn’t the person who entered.

Not because the Universe performed magic upon them.

Because consciousness participated.

So if 9/9 means something to you, honor it.

Meditate.

Dance.

Pray.

Write.

Burn the old letter.

Say the thing.

Forgive yourself.

Stand barefoot beneath the night sky and remember how astonishing it is that you are here at all.

Just don’t give your sovereignty to the date.

You are not waiting for cosmic permission.

You are not spiritually late.

You did not miss the portal because you forgot to meditate at 9:09.

And you don’t need to panic because someone on the internet announced that the energetic window closes tomorrow. 😂

The Infinite does not need a numerological appointment to find you.

It already has your address.

Perhaps 9/9 isn’t a door in the Universe.

Perhaps it is simply a beautiful excuse to become conscious enough to notice that the door was never locked.

And maybe that is the strangest portal of all:

Nothing outside you opened.

You did.

💜 It’s official — I’m now a Licensed Grief First Aid Instructor! 💜

Today I received the news that I have successfully completed the next step in my journey and am now officially a Licensed Grief First Aid Instructor.

When I became an Accredited Grief First Aider only a few weeks ago, I knew almost immediately that I wanted to take it further. I could see just how valuable this education could be within our workplaces, organisations and communities.

And here we are. 💜

Now the work begins!

From 2027, Recruited by Universe will be offering Grief First Aider Accreditation courses as an additional service for organisations and communities wanting to build greater confidence and understanding around supporting people experiencing grief.

Because grief doesn't stay at home when someone walks through the doors of their workplace.

It can affect concentration, communication, relationships, confidence and how someone simply gets through their day. Yet so many people genuinely don't know what to say or do when someone around them is grieving.

Grief First Aid helps change that.

It isn't about becoming a counsellor or trying to fix someone's grief. It's about learning how to recognise when someone may need support, how to have compassionate conversations, how to respond appropriately, and how to connect them with further support when needed.

For me, this feels like another important piece falling into place for Recruited by Universe and the work I want to bring into organisations and communities.

So, 2027... here we come. 💜

🌙 What are your dreams trying to show you?

I find it fascinating how our dreams can take something we're currently learning about or experiencing and allow us to see it through a completely different lens.

My dream this morning did exactly that.

Dementia has come up in a number of meetings and conversations I've been involved in lately. But this morning, instead of simply dreaming about dementia, the essence of my dream felt like I was being given a glimpse of what it might feel like to be inside the mind of someone experiencing it.

Familiar places that I couldn't quite recognise. Forgetting things. Confusion. Remembering a name and being praised for remembering it.

Yet amongst it all, there was also curiosity, happiness, patience and love.

Of course, I can't truly know another person's experience through a dream. But what the dream gave me was another perspective and something to reflect upon.

That's one of the reasons I love analysing dreams.

They don't always need to predict something or have some huge spiritual meaning. Sometimes they simply take what's happening in our lives and show it back to us differently.

A different perspective.
A deeper understanding.
A little food for thought. 🌙✨

There is something incredibly powerful about the Medicine Drum, especially after a Spiritual Guidance Reading. 🥁✨

The feedback I receive from people who experience the drum is as individual as the people themselves. Some describe beautiful or vivid visions, others notice physical sensations or emotions, while some simply experience a wonderful sense of calm, grounding and peace.

There is no right or wrong way to experience it. Sometimes the greatest gift is simply allowing yourself to be still, close your eyes and let the rhythm and vibration wash over you.

After any form of energy or vibrational healing, I always encourage people to drink plenty of water. 💧 It supports your body's normal hydration and wellbeing while you continue to rest, integrate and reflect on the experience.

And remember, the experience doesn't necessarily finish when the final beat of the drum fades. Give yourself a little space afterwards. Notice how you feel. Be gentle with yourself.

Sometimes healing is something we feel immediately.

Sometimes it unfolds quietly. 💜

Just listen. Feel. Receive.

There was something very special about experiencing the sound and vibration of the drum together. It brought another dimension to the service and created a lovely opportunity for everyone to simply be present, connect and experience its energy.

And thank you to everyone who joined us today and helped create such a welcoming atmosphere. It was wonderful to see the Centre so full and to share the afternoon with you all.
