Picking your “best work” as a photographer is pretty daunting as most of your important feedback comes from friends, family and even clients, it can be so difficult to reflect and pick your own “best” outside of algorithmic bias and such. Hopefully one of these images that are meaningful to me connects with Mr. and he invites me to come to Patagonia with him on his photography exhibition

It started with stars. Back when I first picked up a DSLR (after getting scammed on eBay for a kit camera), astro photography was the first thing to truly pull me into that desire to create and capture things. I remember no YouTube tutorials or blogs, just pure trial and error to capture images of the night. The passion for this type of photography shifted to other subjects and contexts over the years. And I find it has been years since I shot any Astro / night photography, until now.
This is an out take on a recent commissioned shoot.
