We’re hiring and I wanted to do it differently.

I’ve been head of content production across two businesses for a while now in civil construction and in land development, we also run a growing podcast alongside everything else.

The content we’re making is genuinely interesting. Real projects, real stories, real scale. But I need someone alongside , & I who can actually see that, and turn it into something people stop to watch.

I’m not looking for the most experienced person in the room. I’m looking for the most switched-on. Someone early in their career who edits like they give a damn. Who has an eye for pacing, colour, and light. Who wants to own their work, not just execute a brief.

The role is varied in the best way, construction reels, travel content, podcast edits, short-form. No two weeks the same.

If that sounds like you, send me a reel and a note.

And if it sounds like someone you know tag them below. Seriously. The right person for this probably isn’t scrolling job boards right now. They’re in your feed.

We together empower ❤️🖤💛

I’ve spent the last two years travelling around Australia documenting civil construction & infrastructure works, a path that lead me here, a place I feel is very much one of the spiritual centres of Australia, East Arnhem Land, a First Nations island community called Milingimbi, where are building the foundations of what is set to soon become an in-demand rural residential subdivision, homes the community have been asking for for over 20 years.

If you get a chance to listen to Ganyglupa & Markus share their wisdom in the YouTube video Nate & I worked on, I hope it moves you the same way it has moved me.

💍 Through the twists and turns, we feel our way through life. Never quite sure, always guessing whether the course is right. Sometimes, the fog unveils, and the path ahead appears steady.

Moments like these are as rare as they are precious. In moments like these, commitment is, all of a sudden, easy.

About 6 years ago, we had our first date by the water. We were both wearing hats. We spoke of travels and of family, and we saw a man carrying a python around his neck. The trajectory of our lives changed. In love we trust ❤️

Im in that place,

that part of the process where I’m digging,

chipping away, stacking those 1%, those wholesomely good habits,

The ones where you’ve realigned your identity,

but I’m feeling like the needle isn’t moving.

It’s exciting, excruciating, and exhausting.

But alas, there is movement.

An invisible iceberg.

The beauty of this place is that it’s compounding.

All of these micro habits,

tout ce petit morceaux des fromages,

Are stacking up.

Ready to fall at the mercy of my strengthened inner system.

As I shed this current skin. I am stronger.

Keep growing.

Because at its core, movement is the founding principle for solving all of our problems.

Movement helps us to overcome any obstacle. It helps us to better understand ourselves.

It helps us to improve our craft, to evolve.

Hence why I’m obsessed with the word, start. Also being the one thing money simply can not buy.

And when I think deeply about who and why and what?

I’ve always tried to teach this.

I am a student of this principle. Of taking baby steps. Of doing. Moving.

It’s what attracts me to other people.

It’s what I enjoy photographing and filming.

It’s what I think about when im stuck.

It’s what i’ve been painstakingly trying to get my dad to do whilst coping with mums dementia.

It’s what mum had always instilled in us as kids, to keep growing.

It is part of everyday, in yoga, in breath, in nature.

Some people think that when we stop outwardly running around, moving around, everything closes down. But that’s not true, the outward allows for the inward to grow.

Movement is always naturally occurring.

Life is this. Deep work on the inward, the inside, the emotion, the self, to allow the outward to move?

When the outward is moving, flowing, growing, evolving, the inward takes a pause. And this is basis of all being. Forever balancing the outward with the inward.

So the goal and the purpose of me, is to teach others how to move.

I hope this shares some insight into what’s to come 🌜
