নিজের য-ন্ত্র-ণা-য় বুঝি অন্যের আ-হা-জা-রি

যখন নিজের শরীরে আ-ঘা-ত লাগে, তখনই যেন হাড়ে হাড়ে অনুভব করা যায়—অন্যের শরীরে লাগা আ-ঘা-তে-র ব্য-থা কতটা ভয়াবহ। আজ, যখন আমাদের ছোট ছোট নি-ষ্পা-প শিশুদের ওপর নেমে এসেছে নি-র্ম-ম প-রি-ণ-তি, আর আমাদের পরিবার কাটাচ্ছে বি-ভী-ষি-কা-ম-য় এক সময়, তখন হৃদয় বারবার স্মরণ করিয়ে দিচ্ছে গা--জা--য় আমাদেরই সন্তান, ও মা-বোনদের কথা।

এখন আমার শ-রী-রে আ-গু-ন ধ-রে-ছে, জ-লে পু-ড়ে যাচ্ছে, মৃ-ত্যু-র সাথে ল-ড়া-ই করছি এবং আমার চার পাশে পরে আছে দ-গ্ধ, খ-ন্ড বি-খ-ন্ড আমার সন্তান, মা বোনেরা।

নিজের বাচ্চাটার দিকে তাকাতেই বু-ক চে-পে আসে। ব্য-থা-য় মনে হয় বু-কে কেউ পা-থ-র ব-সি-য়ে দি-য়ে-ছে। নিঃ-শ্বা-স নিতে ক-ষ্ট হয়, চোখে পানি এসে যায়, যেন গা--জা--য় হা-রি-য়ে যাওয়া সেই অগণিত মু-খে-র সাথে আমার স-ন্তা-ন-দে-র মুখ গুলো ভেসে ওঠে।

ইয়া আল্লাহ তুমি আমাদের মা-প করো। তোমার রহমতের ছায়া তলে আমাদেরকে আ-শ্র-য় দা-ও।
