His interest in photography began while he was documenting his college hostel life with a phone camera, and he realized that it provided him with a unique perspective on life. Rahman decided to pursue photography as a profession while studying Media Communication and Journalism at Stamford University in Bangladesh. He began working as a photojournalist in 2015. His works have appeared in numerous
prestigious publications, including the Social Documentary Network, the New York Times, Time, the Huffington Post, Aljazeera, Foreign Policy, Human Rights Watch, The Guardian, BBC, Paris Match, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, News Deeply, Amnesty International, and many others. Throughout his career, Rahman has demonstrated a remarkable ability to capture the essence of his subjects and tell their stories through his photographs. His work often focuses on social issues and daily life, highlighting the struggles and triumphs of people from all walks of life. He has been praised for his emotional depth, visual impact, and ability to convey complex narratives through his images.
