Some clients ask you to create a poster, logo, or other design for them, yet they already have an AI-generated design that they send you as a reference.

I wonder: if you created it with AI and then sent it to me to copy and paste, what exactly do you expect from me?

Graphic design is not copy and paste. You hired a designer because you want creativity, originality, and professional thinking—not someone to trace an AI-generated image.

The funniest part is when a client says, “Make it exactly like this. Don’t change anything.” If everything is already there, why hire a designer? Just use the AI-generated poster.

A real designer does more than arrange text and images. We think about layout, color balance, typography, branding, spacing, and how the design communicates your message. That is the value you are paying for.

AI can provide ideas, but it should not replace creativity or undermine a designer’s expertise. Bring inspiration, not instructions to duplicate someone else’s design.

Respect designers. Let them design.
