My Story

Just wanted to share a little bit about me! First my name is Paloma! Its a spanish name from my Chilean side, I am also half Ojibwe! A mix of two beautiful cultures! Thanks mom and dad! :)

My love for photography started when I was in junior high, always photographing something! I remember going to develop rolls and rolls of film! And then came high school where I fell in love with developing my own photographs! I told my husband (before he was my husband) that one day I will have my very own black room in my home when I grow up! ;) Well the times changed and everything is digital now! But I did hang on to all my old cameras, and I collect vintage cameras as well! Even have some of my earlier work from high school! My dream did come true! I turned my passion into a job! A job that fills my heart with so much joy and happiness. It could be me behind the lens photographing some laughter or kisses, or sitting at my computer screen sorting, editing so much beauty! I just love it all!

I am married to my best friend Dave, who I have to thank for helping me to pursue my dream and giving me the opportunity to start this business! Thank you!

I have been photographing families, babies, couples, weddings and a little bit of everything in between for a few years now and I have grown so much as a photographer. I love to try new things and expand my creativity with different props and ideas! I love capturing candid moments, kisses, snuggles and laughter!!! I can’t choose my favorite type of session to photograph because everyday, setting, weather is different and I just can’t choose! :) As I continue to grow and expand, I thank every single one of my clients and followers for all the love and support in my work!
