I was a photographer for 11 years in Atlanta Georgia before taking a leap and moving back to Canada but into some uncharted territory which is Central Argyle Nova Scotia with my family. I look forward to meeting new friends, clients and continuing the success of my business. I am a father to

three wild and crazy boys and husband to one amazingly supportive and beautiful wife who was willing to follow me from sunny Georgia to sunny Nova Scotia. If you have taken the time to browse my portfolio you will have seen many a pictures of my boys and wife. They make great test subjects... models. I was first introduced to the art of photography while attending Seneca College in Toronto for animation. We used photography as a tool to teach us how to go about composing a scene. It was a short class in which we used film as this was before digital was even a thing. A few years later in an attempt to hold off the realities of adult life I attended film school in Toronto. This is where my love for photography really took hold. With film you have time to tell a story through words, movement and music. With still photography you are challenged to tell a story in one frame and I relish the opportunity. My goal during our time together is to have fun and create a story. You should be able to relive the emotion and atmosphere of your photoshoot throughout each and every photo you look upon. I also do a great job at creating the illusion that every single member of your family was having an absolute blast and enjoying each others company throughout the entire shoot at no extra cost. I don't normally do this but this Jon Hamm trend is too delicious to pass up. 😌

After submitting my invoice 3 times (once before the photo shoot) giving my bank info twice, filling out form after form, creating a Dalhousie account and having to remind them multiple times finally paid me for a graduation shoot I shot/edited and turned around for them within a week 2 months ago!
