There is a kind of strength that isn’t loud.
It doesn’t always look like confidence, or smiles, or perfectly put-together moments. Sometimes it looks like survival. Sometimes it looks like getting through the day when everything in you feels heavy. Sometimes it looks like choosing to keep going, even after being broken, silenced, or made to feel small.
I know that kind of strength.
My journey has been shaped by experiences with mental health struggles and abuse—things that change you, challenge you, and force you to rebuild yourself piece by piece. And while those experiences are part of my story, they do not define my worth—they’ve revealed my resilience.
That’s why I’m creating something deeply meaningful through my photography.
I am now offering women’s empowerment photo sessions specifically for those who have experienced mental health challenges, abuse, or trauma. These sessions are not just about photos—they are about reclaiming your identity, your voice, and your power.
This is a space where you are safe.
A space where you are seen.
A space where your story is honored, not judged.
Whether you want to feel strong, soft, fierce, vulnerable, or all of the above—these sessions are about capturing you, exactly as you are, in your healing, your growth, and your truth.
You are not what happened to you.
You are what you chose to become despite it.
If you’re ready to step into your power, or even just take the first step toward it, I would be honored to create something beautiful with you.
You deserve to be seen in your strength.
