SUPERVISOR (FEMALE)
ROLES:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio.
2. Managing and training studio staff.
3. Ensuring that the studio meets its financial goals.
4. Developing and implementing studio policies and procedures.
5. Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.
6. Collaborating with photographers and other staff to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Maintaining equipment and facilities.
8. Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
9. Marketing the studio and its services.
10. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
SALARY:
N70,000
WORKING CONDITIONS:
It's a straight 9hr shift, from 8:00am - 5pm.
Monday to Saturday.
Sundays could be included if there is an event on that Sunday but with overtime payment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The job requirements include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining equipment and studio cleanliness, coordinating schedules, and providing leadership to the team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are usually essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position and a solid advantage.
Minimum Qualification is
HND or BSc.
STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHER
ROLES:
Be fully responsible for
Setting up the studio for the desired photograph which includes the props and lightings.
Responsible for taking every photos, editing and retouching them if required by clients.
SALARY: N80,000
WORKING CONDITIONS:
It's a straight 9hr shift, from 8:00am - 5pm.
Monday to Saturday.
Sundays could be included if there is an event on that Sunday but with overtime payment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be proficient with good communication skills and customer friendly. Must have good knowledge of using dslr cameras and studio strobes and special special skills on light settings and photo retouching. Additional knowledge of video editing is a welcomed advantage.
