Welcome to the High Impact Imagery Fan Page. You are going to find all the latest greatest things going on with High Impact Imagery.

Originally based out of the small city of Brantford Ontario, we've moved to the big city! All the way to Gastown in Vancouver, British Columbia. Always working on expanding, so send us a message if you want to collaborate on an artistic project! We are working on multiple projects right now; however the biggest is probably Project: One Minute Models. If you are here for this project, or you would

like to know more please contact us! The next up in the list is transitioning from primarily a photojournalist background to conceptual portraiture and fashion photography. If you would like to collaborate as a model, MUA, stylist, or anything else, contact us! I am looking to work with as many people as I can during this transition to create some of the very best pieces of art I can!

Finally had the chance to work with the lovely Megan Lovering, missed out last time that I was in Ontario as she is an absolute delight to work with. I'm sure we will be working together more in the future! She was my first shoot yesterday out of 3, so be sure to hit the like button and check back in for more new work that is coming right up!

I was sending this to a friend of mine to review before posting it up on here, before it finished loading they asked "So what's this?" and the only thing I could think of to reply was simply "... The beginning."

Introducing the first image in a new personal series I am working on... Chimeric, meaning "Created by a wildly fanciful imagination", this series is inspired by my dreams whether they are good or nightmares. Stay tuned because there are more to come!

"At 1:15 pm Feb 8 2013 The Lord took my lovely wife into his arms. Her fight is over and no more suffering. We will celebrate her life. We love you all."

Erin was an amazing person to be around, her smile lit up the room and her fight really inspired a lot of us.. I feel honoured to have known her. My heartfelt condolences go out to Sarge and the rest of their family.

F**k Cancer, Erin's Army will live on.

Haven't posted anything up in quite awhile.. Think its time to change that! So lets start it off with some recent things! This is a ska band called Brehdren, the singer actually happens to be one of my professors. Let me tell you though, they are freakin' awesome! This was shot last night at The Cellar where they put on one hell of a good show. Are you in Vancouver and want to come on out and have a good time? Well they are playing at The Backstage Lounge on the 22nd and they have another show at The Fairmont on St. Patricks Day so come on out and have a blast! School officially is back in for my classmates, however unfortunately I am still majorly sick and stuck in bed. Figures my two favourite classes are today! Ah well... Might as well be productive about it. Time for more experimentation!

Through this line of work, I get the chance to shoot a wide variety of rather incredible people at awesome locations. Quite a bit of the time, unfortunately, I am unable to post these due to restrictions from clients, or even sometimes models. So most of the work that appears on here is the work I shoot in my spare time, personal projects, or just practice shooting outside of school. This is an older portrait that I shot at the Britannia Beach Harbour and I just received permission to post this which makes me happy because I rather liked this shot!

Ross is an awesome model that I have been fortunate enough to work with on various projects now, he definitely brings out a lot of character to each shoot and is great to work with. Definitely can't wait to work with him again!

Had Model Georjah Jaymes in studio today playing around with lights. Had an absolute blast as she is a pleasure to work with. Looking out at this view.. City is mine for the taking. Small National Geographic advertisement for an assignment. Trying out a new way to work filesize-wise to see if we can get less butchering of the photos from Facebook, lets hope this works!

A stranger portrait from the other day.. Here is Aida, she is a philosophy major from Barcelona. I met her while waiting for the make-up artist to wrap up at the coffee shop by the steamclock here in Gastown. Talked for quite a bit before we went our separate ways.. Wonder if she ever made it to this page!
