Over the years, since digital cameras came out, I've been looking for a safe way to store my digital pictures. Pictures from my childhood, from when my parents and grandma was young, up to the pics we take of our boys who are now young men. We've stored hundreds/thousands of pictures on our computers which get full or get slow and outdated, we've made accounts with Flick'r, Ipernity, etc, which ha

s NOT been reliable, and where you often give up ownership of your pics when you post on those sites. We've put pictures onto external hard drives which decide that they won't work anymore, and we've lost many pictures. Thankfully, we have saved most of our SD cards from our digital cameras, so we still have copies of most of them, but some are lost due to unreliable web storage sites that are now inaccessible, and external hard drive that decided to not work anymore. (and thankfully, I have some of the lost pictures in Albums on Facebook, but I have given up ownership of them when I upload them.) Pictures in many places which can be lost or have been lost with past family members over the years. How can we save our legacy of pictures? Without giving up our ownership rights? This is why I got into Forever. You can take pictures from all your different sources (physical photo albums, boxes of pictures, upload pics from your currently working external hard drives and computers) and upload them onto your Forever account. You can either keep just the best pictures and keep your free account that stores 3 GB of pics, (you just have to open and work in your Forever account at least once every 18 months, and they'll never be deleted) or

You pay a one-time fee for storage, starting at 10 GB, more can be bought if you wish, and included in that fee is a portion that gets put into Forever's Guarantee Fund that no one touches, and it gets used in the future when needed to update to the next current technology. And guess what? If you upload your pictures from 1945 up to current day in 2017 to your Forever account, and your great grandkids log onto your Forever account you've created and handed down as a legacy, your pictures you converted in 2017 from as far back as you've uploaded will be converted to in this example, 2065's new technological format, with no cost to you or your future family at that time! You pay a one time fee now, and updating is free, and guaranteed to be there for your Great Great Grandchildren to see in their current technological format. Your memories will never get lost. Your pictures last FOREVER, which is where our company got its name from. The same goes for VHS tapes, cassettes, news reels, slides, 8-Tracks that you convert now, these get uploaded to your Forever account, and will be consistently updated as technology progresses, and never get lost or outdated. COVER PHOTO - Interesting Note: The whale pic in the cover photo - my mom and her sisters are in that picture on a trip they went to Florida in the early 1950's!

How long did it take me to make the cover photo? 8 minutes.
Not my best one, but my first one. Will change it up regularly using different backgrounds etc. Good for now.

And yes, the other 2 pics are of me when I was little 🙂 I haven't edited them in the software yet, they're still in original form.
