So I did a thing.
Over the past while I’ve been quietly writing a book. It started with a simple realization: so much of our lives are shaped by how we experience time.
The pressure to make the right choices. The anxiety about the future. The regret about things we wish we could change.
Most days we live somewhere between urgency and uncertainty, wondering if we’re doing enough, becoming enough, or if any of it really matters.
This book began as my attempt to wrestle with that tension. What if our anxiety comes from believing everything depends on the tiny moment we’re standing in right now?
But what if the story is bigger than the slice of time we can see? I started exploring philosophy, psychology, faith, and real human experiences, all circling one question: what if understanding time differently could help us live a little more peacefully inside it?
