The world's longest and highest steel trestle railway bridge: The Lethbridge Viaduct from above 🚆
Completed in 1909, the Lethbridge Viaduct is the world's longest and highest steel trestle bridge. Stretching 1,624 metres (5,327 feet) across the Oldman River Valley, it remains an active Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) railway bridge and one of southern Alberta's most iconic engineering landmarks. Situated in the coulee with a long line of sight and significant presence, it was a unexpected joy to film from the sky.
