Throwback to 1 year ago, flying the flag on serpents back trail. I can't believe I was even able to do this one year ago, with how bad my health is now, but talk about seizing the moment. And im glad I did!

Get ready for all the Gay content this month 🏳️‍🌈❤️ cause its my favorite month of the year.

Its june 1st ! 🙌🏳️‍🌈🎨📸 what does that mean?!? Lemme tell you - so many things.

First - its my birthday month. Im turning 35 this year - eek. I also share my birthday with my oldest daughter - yay! Shes turning the big 1-0 double digits and we're very excited. Really. She cant stop talking about it.

Second - its pride month!! I love that my birthday month is so gay and full of rainbows. Im currently working on my pride art peice for this month and im going to share more as I work on it.

Third - and lastly, but not least. I'm going to be the featured artist at for the month of june!! Im taking a small selection of my artwork to the salon to be displayed & for sale all month long. What an awesome way to make my birthday month epic, by buying some of my art locally! is being an incredible supporter of the arts by offering artists 1 month to display and sell their work, at no cost to the artist. That is so rare for us artists in the community, and they deserve a shout out!!

I'm calling this the summer of art 🎨
My health has forced me to sit back and rest more, which has given me an incredible opportunity to pour my healing into art right now. Its like the universe knows and is sending me all the opportunities to create.

Today I will drop my painting off for the anonymous art show.
NO! This is not the painting I entered into the show, because that painting will be a secret until June 6th!

This painting I still need to finish and will be on display, and for sale at in chilliwack starting next week. For the whole month of june my art will be on display at Just Peachy Downtown, so take a peak on your next sugaring appointment!! Its also my birthday in june, so what better birthday present then to buy some of my art from Just Peachy!!!

I will also be accepting art supply donations all summer for the Salvation Army Art sessions, so their homeless residents can create peices for an upcoming art show " Unhoused, Unhidden ; a celebration of art and humanity "

Im ready for this season of Artistry 🎨✨️

I signed up this week for a special art project and I need local artists help!!!

I will be going twice a week to the Salvation Army in Chilliwack to host an open art studio time for their shelter residents to create art for an upcoming show. What show!?! Let me tell you!!

is partnering with .ca to create an art exhibit at on August 18th. The show is entitled " Unhoused, Unhidden ; a celebration of art and humanity "
It will display art created by their shelter residents who are actively experiencing homelessness.
The cultural center plans to make a permanent exhibit of this show.

How can you help!?!?!
Im hoping our amazing vibrant artist community will dig into their closets, cupboards and bins to find those gently used art supplies they no longer use or need!! Us artists love to hoard supplies, and I know I definitely have supplies to donate to a good cause. Donating supplies directly to artists who have nothing, to learn new skills, cope, and create!

Things like : paint brushes, watercolors, acrylics, drawing pencils, markers, charcoals, pastels, paper, or more!

The salvation army in chilliwack has no current art room, and only minimal craft supplies. Any art supplies donated will be of great use.

I was trying to come up with something Poetic to say about Mothers Day, but the beautiful thing about photography is that photos speak more then words.

Feeling nostalgic this morning and felt like taking a trip back in time.
The journey of motherhood has been an eye opening, soul searching, identity crisis making, beautiful chaotic adventure.

Happy Mothers Day to all forms of motherhood out there, however you got those chaos gremlins ❤️📸

Its not often you get to spend time with humans who've known you your whole life, and its a moment I really treasure.

I met Love when we both had hair, we both had a different name, we both had teenage acne, and no kids.
The last time I saw Love & Kayden, I was helping to change his diapers while his super hero mama worked.

Ive known her as a kid, I've known her as a performer, I've known her as a powerful bodybuilder, I've seen her build her family, and watched her as a boss a$* single mom. I've watched her travel , live life, build a business, and never loose her passion through everything life throws.

It was so good catching up with you Love & Kayden ❤️ let's not leave it this long between visits next time!

Ive known this beautiful family for a few years now through a mutual family friend, and it was so amazing to finally get them behind my lens.
We got to these trees just in time, as ALL the petals dropped less then 24 hours later.

It was all sunshine, petals, bubbles, and laughter. The best kind of family session.

Took me a little longer to make my annual year in review video for 2025, but better late then never I guess.
I'm learning to celebrate the small wins right now as productivity is at an all time low as I rest and recover.
Ending 2025 with COVID and another round of health issues is not the way I wanted to end this amazing season. I didn't get to everything I wanted to do, but that's okay.
There's always this year.

This year I got my art out there more then ever before, attended markets, volunteered for good causes, photographed families, couples, new baby bumps, and four legged furry friends, I got on a rope swing I was terrified on, and so much more.

Thank you to all the amazing clients, and friends who made this an incredible year for creativity.
This job gives me purpose, joy, and laughter because of you.

Here we go 2026, ready or not 📸✨️
