A stroll through the gardens, with a pause to share love letters after the first look.

I honestly loved the first look earlier in the day with specified time afterwards for couple and family photos at a separate location, well before the ceremony. It adds so much story to the gallery as a whole and paces the day out so nicely. It also gives the couple the entire cocktail hour to visit and chat with everyone who came to celebrate with them.

What do you think though? Would you rather have posed family and couple portraits before or after the ceremony?

What a beautiful day this was! And the gallery is well underway. This one’s near and dear to me, it’s not everyday you get the chance to photograph your baby cousin’s wedding. I guess she’s not my “baby” cousin anymore, life’s moving pretty fast. Anyone else feel it speeding up or is it just me?
