Holidays can be sweet… and a little intense.

Here in the Eastern Townships, one of the kindest holiday traditions is also the simplest: step outside, even for two minutes. Cold air, winter light, and a reset you can bring back to the table.

I’m a big believer in having a few beautiful cards on hand because life happens fast.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about generosity, because I value it deeply.

I want to be generous.
I appreciate generosity.

But I don’t want generosity to cost me my health, my nervous system, or my sense of self.
