Far from the crowds.
Under vast northern skies.

After photographing the Aurora for more than five years, I still find these moments just as magical as the first time the sky came alive above me.

On these small-group expeditions, we travel into the boreal wilderness surrounding Yellowknife in search of the darkest skies and the most spectacular aurora displays.

I’ll guide the journey.

You simply take in the experience — and I’ll help capture the magic beneath the lights.

Some nights the Aurora whispers.
Other nights it dances across the entire sky.

Not just a faint glow on the horizon…
but waves of green light stretching across the entire sky.
It’s the kind of moment that stops you in your tracks.
After living in Yellowknife for three years and photographing the Northern Lights more than 1,000 times, I still feel the same sense of awe every time the Aurora begins to dance overhead.
It never gets old
Every night is different.
Every display is unique.
