My sweet little honey bunny turned 3 today. 3 years of raising and loving the most perfect boy. He is kind, he is smart, he is funny, and he makes me see the world a little differently and I love that about him. I wish I could bottle up this version of baby, his little voice, the way he runs to me, his big hugs and kisses. But how beautiful it is to watch him grow.

I feel so lucky to be your mama. Happy 3rd birthday to you, our sweet Gus 🤍🎂

My lovely Shelby. We connected on Instagram one day, planned a few creative shoots together, and built a friendship along the way. She’s trusted me with so many of her photos, and has captured so many moments of my own family in return, which means so very much to me 🤍

The Patels welcomed me into their home for the most cozy, elegant family session. Bare feet on the floor, soft light pouring through the windows, and a home filled with love. I am so grateful to have documented this time for their family.

Something soft, something different.
I wanted to document her. Not just as a mother, but as a woman who has been changed. The way motherhood has already settled into her bones. Birth changes you. It humbles you. It strengthens you. I find this shift profoundly beautiful. Thank you, Cheyenne, for trusting me with these 🤍

Cheyenne & Aman - part 2.

When I sent their gallery off, she sent me a voice note that began with, “Haleigh, what the actual f*ck are these photos,” which was the best compliment I could have received. Spending my time with C + A was a GIFT, and these two lovebirds are going to be the most incredible parents. Genuine love, laughter, and the kind of intimacy that didn’t need posing filled their space, and I’m so grateful I got to document it. 🤍

One of my New Year’s resolutions was to share my work more consistently, I always struggle with staying on top of posting. Starting out with a passion project felt like a good place to begin.

This session only exists because of .photography. She invited me in and trusted me with this vision so openly. Working alongside her was incredible. Describing her as amazing is a gigantic understatement. Thankful for you honey!

What better time to share these photos of us, taken by my love, than New Year’s Eve?

What a year it has been. So much of what I once prayed for has slowly become part of my everyday life. I pinch myself most days.

This year felt like settling in. Into my little family, into myself, and into this work that feels so meaningful. It has been the kind of year that changed me in small, lasting ways.

Ending this year with gratitude, with hope, and with excitement for all that is to come. 🫶🏻

This season has me feeling deeply thankful for all of the families who have invited me into their homes and their lives, and for every moment I’ve had the privilege of documenting. Thank you for such a special year. I can’t wait to see what the next year brings. 🫶🏻

Cheyenne, a muse unlike any other.

Fun fact, our maternity session came together across two shoots after my camera failed on our original date. I finished that session with my little Fuji camera, and later returned to bring Cheyenne’s vision fully to life. This is part one of her story. I have many more images to share from our time together, but this one is just for her 🫶🏻
