Here's my friend Lee "as the sun sets on her 40s" as she put it, on the beach in March. Yes, it was bloody freezing. Yes, it was bloody worth it. Lee is appropriate here for lots of reasons but the main thing that led me to posting her now is that her existence makes me smile and gives me hope for humanity in depressing times. I need that right now.
