A few clips from the music video I did with AHI . Loved this rustic Studio in Hamilton. The big windows opened up so much creativity in the space. We shot the whole thing with just one Aputure 300 and haze. I love being in places like this where limited tools can still lead to something powerful.

This was me playing football in Toronto in the Ontario Football League. Long practices. Film sessions. Early mornings. Late nights. Brotherhood. Discipline. Pain. Growth.

Being athletic was never just about speed or strength. It was about mindset. It was about showing up when you were tired. Pushing when you were uncomfortable. Competing with integrity. Respecting the grind. Learning how to win and how to lose.

Sports taught me something bigger than the field.
Excellence is a habit.
If you’re going to do something… do it all the way.

I miss these days more than I can explain. The locker room laughs. The battle in the trenches. The feeling of putting on that jersey knowing you earned your spot.

But here’s the blessing.

Now I get to relive it in a different way. As a coach. As a father. Watching my kids train, compete, grow in confidence. Teaching them discipline. Teaching them resilience. Teaching them that greatness isn’t given… it’s built.

The field may change.
The role may change.
But the standard never does.

Stay athletic in your body.
Stay sharp in your mind.
Stay disciplined in your spirit.

Excellence isn’t seasonal. It’s who you choose to be.

As I deep diving into post work this year I am reminded of the journey. Filmmaking has always been more than just a job or a hobby for me it’s a calling. It’s about telling stories that matter, stories that move people, and stories that make a difference. Over the years, I’ve come to realize just how intricate this process is, and honestly, that’s what makes it so beautiful.

From the Beginning: It all starts with a vision. Pre-production is where dreams start taking shape—scripting ideas, scouting locations, and laying the groundwork for something meaningful. For me, it’s always been about being story-driven first. If the story doesn’t connect, nothing else matters.

On Set: Filming is where the vision comes alive. There’s nothing like being behind the camera, capturing raw, unfiltered moments, and knowing you’re preserving something truly special. Every frame, every angle, every second holds a piece of the story waiting to be told.

The Final Touches: Post-production is where the real magic happens. It’s where hours of footage transform into a narrative that draws people in. It’s painstaking, it’s detailed, and it’s worth every second.
This year feels different for me. I’m stepping into some exciting documentary projects AND creating my very own short film—something I’ve dreamed about for years. It’s both thrilling and humbling to be on this journey, and I can’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude.

To the production crews, collaborators, mentors, and everyone who’s been part of this journey—thank you. You’ve believed in me, pushed me, and inspired me to go beyond what I thought was possible.
This year, I’m embracing every opportunity to create something that matters. Stories that inspire. Stories that connect. Stories that reflect the beauty and complexity of life.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Here’s to making something unforgettable.
