Hey guys, I just wanted too take a minute to thank you so much for all your support over the last few weeks. I am beginning to feel like I am finding myself again. I am so grateful for all your comments and messages. I am painting every spare minute I can get and the support of my family and friends is pretty darn awesome. Thank you!!

New abstract! “Reflections”. There’s a subtle texture to this one. As you guys know, I’m a water baby and can totally escape the noise while around the water. It’s often my inspiration. It calms and inspires going with the flow. 18x24 acrylic on canvas.

So excited to have ordered a modern black frame for “Gold Coast” (18x24 Acrylic) My heart is also exploding because soon some of my art work will be on display at a local business! I will keep you posted as to when each one is arriving. Just book your physiotherapy appointment at and take a peak at one or two paintings while you get your physiotherapy. 🥰

The rules say black is not really a colour, but damn it’s cool. Painting this was a whim, some energy that needed an outlet, giving black a little light.

So since my family thinks I have “something” and I have been painting like a madwoman (I dont know if y’all are just being nice to me 😂) I don’t know if I am ready for this but I am grateful all the same. It’s a start…let me know your thoughts. 😘

Hey guys, it’s pouring rain here at Menoke Beach, I’m working on several paintings but I thought I would share the “painterly” style I’m playing with today. Trying more confident brush strokes and mixing more. I will show you another abstract a little later. 😉

Acrylic inks. My friends, how beautiful is this colour? 😍 I added a little texture paste to the canvas then poured some of these rich coloured inks, DAAAYUM, pure happiness.

When the most incredible day renews your soul. Big thank you to this lovely couple for giving me a chance to photograph again. We cant let physical limits hold us back from the things we love to do. There’s always a way.
