📸 FREE CULTURAL PHOTOSHOOT! 📸
KLPhotography is looking for individuals and groups who would love to showcase their traditional and cultural clothing through photography! 🌎❤️
I’m looking to photograph a variety of traditional wear, including:
🪶 Indigenous regalia & traditional wear (can also include MMIW and Every Child Matters)
🇮🇳 Indian traditional clothing
🇨🇳 Chinese traditional clothing
🇯🇵 Japanese traditional clothing
🇰🇷 Korean traditional clothing
🌎 Traditional & cultural clothing from around the world

This is a FREE photoshoot to help me broaden my photography portfolio while celebrating the beauty, diversity, and individuality of different cultures.
📅 Photoshoot Date: October 3, 2026
⏰ Time: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
📍 Location: Hazelton, BC

1️⃣ 1:00–1:10 PM
2️⃣ 1:15–1:25 PM
3️⃣ 1:30–1:40 PM
4️⃣ 1:45–1:55 PM

6️⃣ 2:15–2:25 PM

📌 Please be dressed and completely ready to shoot when you arrive. Each slot is only 10 minutes, so we need to make the most of your time.
👥 Groups are welcome to book a slot together! If time allows, we can also take individual photos during your group’s slot. However, if you’re looking for more individual shots, I recommend booking a slot for yourself.
👨👩👧 Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
📍 The location will be provided through private message once your slot is booked.
🚶 Please note: Some walking may be required depending on the location selected for the photoshoot. Please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear and what you bring with you.
📸 PHOTO DELIVERY & TERMS
📷 The person who books the time slot will be provided with a private online album link containing the finished edited photos.
📤 The person who booked the slot is responsible for distributing the photos to everyone who participated in their group, as they see fit.
✨ A sneak peek photo will be provided approximately 1–2 days after the photoshoot.
⏳ The remaining edited photos may take approximately 3–4 weeks to complete. Please be patient while I take the time to properly edit and deliver your photos.
📸 The number of final photos provided will depend on how we make use of the 10-minute time slot. The more efficiently we use our time, the more opportunities we have to capture different poses, angles, and images. Please arrive prepared and ready to shoot so we can make the most of your session.
🚫 No unedited/raw photos will be provided. All delivered images will be professionally edited by KLPhotography.
📸 By participating in this photoshoot, you acknowledge that KLPhotography reserves the right to use and post any and all photographs taken during the session for portfolio, promotional, social media, website, advertising, and other photography-related purposes.
