Statement Regarding Site Status and TFP Events
I am writing this to address the misunderstandings regarding the recent link to my gallery site. While I am deeply hurt by the immediate accusations and threats directed toward me, I want to clarify the facts of the situation.
1. The Purpose of the Post
The link shared was intended as a "soft launch" for a closed group of 180 people. My intention was to have the site live briefly so you could see the platform before I took it offline to begin the labor-intensive process of sorting images into individual, password-protected galleries.
2. Security and Sales
No Active Sales: To be absolutely clear: the "Purchase" function was never activated. No images were available for purchase, and no money has changed hands.
Consent: I have never sold, nor will I ever sell, an image without express written consent. My business model has always included commissions for models in those rare, authorized instances.
3. Personal Cost and Boundaries
I have invested a tremendous amount of time and heart into building these TFP events, often at a high personal cost. I have faced severe family conflict and have been disowned by family members because my directions regarding conduct and privacy on my property were ignored by some participants.
I gave up the respect of my family and my own privacy to provide these opportunities for you. To be met with threats of lawsuits and accusations of "selling photos without consent"—before even being asked a simple question—is a devastating breach of trust.
4. Conclusion
The site is offline. Because the trust I extended to this group has been met with such immediate hostility and legal threats, I will not be moving forward with sorting these galleries or creating access codes. It is disheartening to realize that the trust I built with strangers in ten-minute Santa sessions was stronger than the trust I had with this community. Thank you for showing me exactly where I stand with you.
