12/30/2025
As 2025 comes to a close, I've done some reflecting and some changes I will be implementing in the New Year.
I love being a photographer and capturing fantastic moments for you and will continue to do so.
The main update I will be sticking firmly to is that I will *not* photograph neglected & emaciated animals. Unfortunately I have come across this at shows, and I cannot in good conscience support this type of treatment. Now there is an exception to every rule, and I understand and empathize when it comes to "Good-bye" photos. However, if you are coming to a show with a horse that requires oodles of more groceries, or is in general state of neglect you will not be receiving photos
If you are abusive to any show staff, volunteers or competitors, I will also not be supporting you either, and there will not be show photos. I swear, I have eyes at the back of my head, and I will notice.
If you are abusive to your horse, this will also apply.
I have seen all of these situations and more, and I refuse to be apart of the problem. I support horsemanship, and "community over competition" (RHRC)
Onto the less heavy stuff
If you want something re-touched, do not hesitate to ask! I take no offence and am more than happy to rework something to your liking (within reason, I am not photoshopping you and your horse on a beach.. well maybe)
If you pre-purchase photos before a show this will entitle you to early access to your photos, and I will post them as I edit.
Now that my rant is over I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year with all the new skills you have worked on over the winter.
I love what I do, and I can't wait to see the 2026 journey!
See you next year!
