This past wedding season was a busy one! I filmed over 20 weddings and still have 7 left to edit!

I worked with many amazing vendors this year and can't wait to work with many more next season. I also got to know so many wonderful couples and it made my summer of filming so much fun!

The past few weeks I've been contracted out by another company to film content for the Chamber of Commerce Awards. It has been a blast getting to meet so many awesome business owners in the Kelowna area. It's delayed some of my wedding editing but I will be back at it in full force tomorrow!

Lenai & Evan you perfectly complement each other and make an amazing couple! You persevered through two years of wedding delays and held out for an absolutely amazing wedding with all your friends and family. It was truly a spectacular day!

If you were to tell the young me that I'd be filming weddings when I was older he'd probably say you are crazy. I was too busy playing hockey and dreaming of other things.

I kind of stumbled into the world of wedding filmmaking and it hooked me in. Yes, weddings are tons of fun, everyone's in a great mood, and the meals are amazing! But, when I was able to capture someone's story and see it come to life before me eyes... That's what really drew me in.

I've learned that it's not just about recording moments for people. It's about getting to know them and what's important to them. It's about being present with them on their wedding day to help them have an amazing day. Then, I can truly create a film they will cherish until they are old and grey.

I've met some truly amazing people along the way and can't wait to see who else I get the honour of getting to know!

Imagine being able to get married in the very spot that you met the love of your life. That's exactly what happened to Bailey & Jake!

They met on this very beach 14 years ago and who knew that it would lead to such a beautiful wedding! I loved how they took a moment together on the beach to share their personal vows before the ceremony.
