Kristin & Zak’s documentary-style wedding at Embee Gardens in Scotland, Ontario

Yesterday we had the honour of capturing Kristin and Zak’s wedding at the beautiful Embee Gardens in Scotland, Ontario. Their vision for the day was simple and meaningful, to be fully present with their guests and celebrate without interruptions.

They chose a relaxed, documentary-style approach, where every moment unfolded naturally. Apart from a short 10 minutes for family portraits and a few quiet photos together, everything was captured as it happened; real laughter, tender glances, and all the emotion of the day.

Chelsie and Mike’s wedding was the ultimate mix of rock & roll edge and downtown Toronto charm. From their pin-up waves and plaid trousers to their custom-designed signs and crossword puzzle for guests, every detail screamed personality. Their intimate ceremony at The Lodge on Queen felt equal parts rebellious and romantic, sealed with pizza slices and a whole lot of love.

The real showstopper? Hopping on their motorcycle for a sultry alleyway photoshoot that turned heads in the heart of the city. These two made downtown Toronto feel like their own private stage, radiating a love that was bold, electric, and completely theirs. We weren’t the only ones who thought so, this one was even published in Today’s Bride.

Yesterday in Stratford, Ontario, Daani and Lukas celebrated their wedding surrounded by family and friends who travelled from Poland, Scotland, and across Ontario. Their day unfolded at Revival House, a historic church turned stunning restaurant, where every corner carried character and charm. Present, grounded, and full of joy, they made the celebration their own, true to their love.

We wandered with them into the Shakespeare Gardens, where flowers and stone pathways set the scene in a town famous for its theatre and beauty. Stratford gave them more than a backdrop, it gave them a stage, and their love became the story everyone came to witness.

Yesterday we had the joy of celebrating Sam and Anthony’s wedding day. They chose the perfect mix of elegance and fun, with portraits at the stunning Dundurn Castle in Hamilton and a reception at The Diplomat Restaurant and Bar, where everyone couldn’t stop complimenting the food and the vibe.

Surrounded by family and friends, Sam and Anthony created a day that felt both intimate and full of love. They took their time, stayed present, and truly enjoyed the most beautiful summer day together.
