Happy National Dog Photography Day!

Here are a few shots I haven't shared in great detail but should be seen!

It is because of all of you and your gorgeous dogs I get the honor of being included in this celebration. I was actually reminiscing this week on my journey and how dang proud I am with where I've gotten this business to. Thank you for choosing me to create ever lasting memories of your beloved pets and I hope to be chosen in the future to keep doing this incredible job for many years to come.

To all other kind and fun photogs who I have met along this journey or have created work so beautiful it's inspiring, thank you. It takes a great community to help build a positive space and I've learned some great and challenging lessons which help me keep growing as a photographer. Client reviews will NEVER be under appreciated by me. I spend so much time pouring my love into your sessions and getting to know your dogs and you through the process is a special thing for me. When you take the time to leave a positive review it truly means the most to me. I want you to walk away from the session, loving your photos, having great memories of the time we spent fawning over your pets and something you can cherish for the rest of time! Clovers folks left such a sweet review and I am so grateful. Her session was spent enjoying a gorgeous sunset on vancouver island and Clover was born to be in front of my lens!

Meet Renegade! He is the new little brother to Winnie who is a pup I've had the pleasure of documenting for a few years now. I truly am so honored when I get to do these sessions. The puppy stage goes by so so fast and when people choose to have me document this stage, it just make my heart sing!

Fun fact: I had a Dalmatian for a brief time in my childhood so it makes it that much sweeter to ge tto do a session with a PUPPY dal!!

Another feature of a non dog creature today! This is Cheeto my neighbor kitty, and she's the cutest little cat! She's an excellent predator in my neighborhood and she spends at least half an hour a day patrolling my yard.

🐴 Duke! A senior horse that is just the sweetest most chill horse I've ever had the pleasure of being around. He may not be my usual subject but he was a magical one. Luna is a dog I have had the pleasure of photographing over the years and to learn they also have a senior horse and wanted a session for him, you know I had to jump on that!
