Brazil meets Canada… in what we’re calling a “winter wedding,” but let’s be honest—it had strong spring energy. ❄️🌸

Marina & Cody pulled off a celebration that felt like the perfect cultural mashup: Brazilian treats, a dreamy setup, and a dance floor that absolutely refused to stay quiet.

And yes, I mentioned Brazil—because Marina didn’t just represent it… she owned it. Samba dancer energy? Confirmed. When Quebra showed up, she didn’t just join in—she blended right in and might’ve given the pros a run for their money.

Great food, great music, even better moves, and the kind of night that reminds you why weddings are undefeated. What a night.

Alright… I just finished playing around with the Tamron 35–100mm F2.8 on my Nikon and—yeah… it’s that good. 👀

Autofocus? Quiet and fast.
Handling? Light but solid.
Performance? Consistent.

If you know me, you know I’m usually carrying one wide + one portrait lens like it’s part of my personality.

But this?
This is dangerously close to a “leave it on and forget about it” situation.
No lens juggling. No missed moments. No “hold on let me switch real quick” 😅

Also… can we talk about how light it is?
Because my back would like to personally thank Tamron.

I can say I am FEARLESS! There are a few competitions each year that I like to submit at and one of them is Fearless Photographers - This amazing network and competition focuses on Photojournalism and bold images that different from the average!

I am happy to announce that I have received 3 New Fearless awards in ONE round - Totally 4 Fearless awards in 2025!

As you have also noticed, the hands image had won Grand award & First place at WPPI in 2025 and is in the running at the World Photographic Cup as well... making it my most successful wedding photo of all time!

Thank you all for your support and I will keep you posted on my success of 2026.

Being part of the celebrations from the engagement party to the bridal shower and the big day itself made me feel like family.
