There’s nothing more precious than newborn photos in your own home in my opinion. Yes, studio photos are precious as well, but your home adds an extra layer of meaning.

Babys room how it was when they were born. The places you hang out most at in those first weeks of this beautiful newborn bubble. And you don’t even have to leave your house for the photos, you can stay in your own bubble.

Aprùs les jardins botaniques - plus pour mes gens du ‘Chlag.

J’adore mon quartier et ce maintenant depuis 10 ans (oui oui je suis arrivĂ©e Ă  MontrĂ©al et mon premier appartement Ă©tait ici). J’avais fait une petite pause de 3 ans dans un autre quartier mais je me suis trop ennuiĂ© alors je suis revenu - et je ne quitterais plus!

Je trouve ça tellement spĂ©ciale d’avoir des photos dans les lieux qu’on frĂ©quente Ă  chaque jour alors j’ai dĂ©cidĂ© d’offrir des sĂ©ances style mini sĂ©ance autour du marchĂ© maisonneuve.

Les sĂ©ances se tiendront le 20 Septembre 2026 et c’est un prix spĂ©ciale pour mes mini sĂ©ances chouchou: 150$+tx seulement pour 20 minutes de sĂ©ances et 5 photos retouchĂ©es.

Stop telling kids to smile at the camera.

I had a session recently with five kids - and if I’d soent the hour chasing ‘1-2-3, smile’ we’d have gotten one stiff photo and a lot of tears (or grumpy faces of the older ones)

Instead I just let them be. The giggle before the smile. The glance at mom to check she’s watching. The almost kiss on the cheek of the newest addition to the family.

The total chaos of five kids who could not care less about my camera.

That’s the photos you’ll actually love in 10 years. Not the one where everyone complied - the one where you can feel what that say was actually like.

Summer is over and I took my film camera with me whenever I could. One film was unfortunately expired which yielded no great results except for some in here (you can see the light leaks on them).
