The series is a study of beauty as something constructed, controlled, and almost untouchable. Where the human subject is reduced to surface, shaped and manipulated rather than expressed.��Through sculptural lighting and minimal gestures, the images hold a sense of restraint. As the series progresses, that control starts to slip. Makeup is pushed out of place, gestures become more intrusive, and the image begins to fracture.
It’s a study of how far beauty can be refined before it starts to lose its human quality.
