Robert Alexander Quinn began his career doing illustration, graphic design and animation in Montreal and shortly after moved to California and Texas to create special effects for films such as G.I.Joe : Rise of the Cobra & game cinematics such as 007's Quantum of Solace. He now works as a freelance creative director/film director in Montreal and on various creative assignments around the globe. In
2011, his first feature film “Frozen Yogurt” following the emerging talents of the underground freestyle ski scene won Best Cinematography AM & Best Film AM Awards at the International Freeski Film Festival (IF3) presented by Nike 6.0. His multi-medium work has been featured in Stash magazine, Behance network, Motionographer, ffffound, Cinefex Magazine and many more high profile visual effects, motion design magazines and editorials. Robert Alexander Quinn débute sa carrière en illustration, design graphique et animation à Montréal. Peu de temps après il déménage au Texas puis en Californie, créant des effets spéciaux pour des films tels que GI Joe : Rise of Cobra et des séries de télévision telles que Clash of the Dinosaurs. Il travaille maintenant en tant que directeur artistique/réalisateur freelance à Montréal et sur divers projets créatifs à travers le monde. L’an dernier, son premier long métrage « Frozen Yogurt » suivait les talents émergents de la scène « underground » de ski acrobatique. Il a remporté la meilleure cinematography AM & meilleur film AM au Festival International de Films de Freeski (IF3). Une multitude de ses projets ont été publiés dans les magazines Stash, Behance network, Motionographer, ffffound, Cinefex Magazine et de nombreux éditorials et magazines reputés de motion design et d’effets visuels.
