On one of my recent shoots we got a little over ambitious with our scene hunting at Huron Natural Area. We found ourselves out in the dark but made the most of it 😊

The weather was cold but this family brought the warmth! We lucked out that there were still leaves on the trees, we found a field with corn still up, and the snow held off. The way we have to set a date and hope for the best makes it so much more satisfying when then things fall into place.

Way back in 2017 my sister asked if I could take some engagement photos for her and her fiancé. It was one of my first professional shoots ever and I felt honoured that they wanted to take the leap with me. Fast forward one engagement, one wedding, one maternity, and now one newborn nephew and I couldn’t be more grateful.
